If you are confused, basically: When making cheese fondue, is it better to make it in a double-boiler over stovetop and then pour it into a fondue pot or cook it in a fondue pot that is equipped with a non-removable double boiler?Which is better: cheez fondue in a double-boiler-fondue-pot, or to make it and then pour it into a fondue pot?
Ive made it both times, once in a double-broiler, and once in a fondue pot, i found the Double broiler a little easier to work with by adding ingredients and stirring, but i did not have any complient with either of them.Which is better: cheez fondue in a double-boiler-fondue-pot, or to make it and then pour it into a fondue pot?
