Can I use a warming buffet server as a fondue pot?

I've never made fondue before, and I don't have a fondue pot. I know I can use a slow cooker to make cheese fondue, but can I make it with a warming buffet server too?Can I use a warming buffet server as a fondue pot?
You'll find the warming tray wouldn't be hot enough to melt your fondue. Can I use a warming buffet server as a fondue pot?
Nope. because normal fondue pot is ceramic unlike a buffet server its sorta stainless and when you place your fondue in there it will be hard to wash. not unlike a normal fondue pot. a substitute for it is a glass pot. like for casseroles or other pies. just like this...
