You can start with a typical white sauce: 3 TBSP butter, 3 TBSP flour...when thick and bubbly, add a cup of milk (evaporated milk is good too.) Then stir until thickened...add 1/2 - 1 cup of grated cheese (to taste) That will be creamy.How do you make creamy cheese with regular block cheese? I do not have a fondue pot..?
Mix all purpose flour with butter and milk, bring to a boil, then add cheese.
1 Tbls. Flour
1 Tbls. butter
3/4 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Cheese
