How much are the dippers at the Melting Pot? or does it come with the fondue?

Me and my 3 friends are going to the Melting pot ( Nashville, Tn.) and i've never been.How much are the dippers at the Melting Pot? or does it come with the fondue?
They're considered part of the fondue.
