Do you have to be 21+ to use the Happy Hour pricing at the Melting Pot Fondue Restaurant?

I went to a restaurant once and they said my son cannot use the happy hour pricing because he must be 21 or older (probably so people but drinks and make up for the cheap prices)Do you have to be 21+ to use the Happy Hour pricing at the Melting Pot Fondue Restaurant?
It depends on what the restrictions are. Sometimes happy hour is only alcoholic beverages. However, I go to Applebees for happy hour which is past 10pm at my local one. Appetizers are half priced regardless if you order alcohol or not. So, if there is a sign that the cheese fondue is 1/2 priced for happy hour, any age can order the cheese fondue.Do you have to be 21+ to use the Happy Hour pricing at the Melting Pot Fondue Restaurant?
