You can buy sterno in most supermarkets and even in some dollar stores. They are all the same. You adjust the heat by partially covering the top of the sterno.I just purchased a fondue pot with a Sterno holder what type of Sterno do I buy?
Usually its a liquid or a gel that you put into that holder.
They look like sterno holders but they're not.
